Sales I require buybacks of all horses sold unless otherwise noted. So, if you place a horse up for sale, I must be notified first so I can decide if I would like to take the horse back or not. If I do not take the horse back and it is sold, I need the new owner's information for my records. All URLs must be up within two weeks or the horse comes back to me, unless you are going to be away, etc. URLs must be active and working at all times, and I must be alerted of all changes made to the URL (such as moving to a new site, etc.). If the URL is broken, a week will be given to fix it. Sales are not first come, first serve and I have the right to decline any sale.
Breeding Stallions purchased from WC may not be gelded unless I give you permission. Foals born out of WC stallions in my stable must have the WC prefix. If you own the stallion and breed him, foals do not have to carry the WC prefix.
Aging Horses must stay at least three years younger than their sire, and four years younger than their dam. Willow Creek ages the horses in real time--once a year--but I understand that not everyone ages this way.
Homebreds All horses bred at Willow Creek Farms will have the prefix WC. Please keep the prefix in the name if you purchase one of my horses. All WC horses will have buybacks and reclaims on them.
Showing/Training You may not retrain any horse purchased from Willow Creek unless they are a yearling. We base their discipline off of their parents' history to keep things realistic. Horses purchased from WC must be actively shown. If the horse goes inactive for six months, they will be reclaimed.
Buybacks/Reclaims Buybacks must be listed on the horse's page. You do not have to list Willow Creek's contract on the horse's page. Inactive horses of at least six months will be reclaimed.
Importing I do not allow importing of WC horses into any games.
Retiring I must be notified if you retire the horse. I prefer the horse not to be retired until they are over the age of ten.
